As we wind down 2021, most everyone I know is saying pretty much what they said last year. Thank God we are done with 2021. Onward and upward to a better 2022.

The problem is the same dynamics that came back to haunt us in 2021, will carry forward to 2022 – the pandemic, probably with a new infectious strain, a continuation of supply chain challenges, and an acceleration of market disruptions in retail, hospitality, transportation, healthcare, and services.

Many people just clicked the delete button on this message because it did not make them feel optimistic.
