I want to share three things I learned that helped me succeed.
- Understand your real value. Hey, it may not have anything to do with that unsatisfying job you left behind. Think about your strengths, weaknesses, and your successes. Be critical. Decide why you would hire you.
- Learn to sell yourself. This is critical to your success.
- Develop a plan. Stick with it. Never give up.
