I use BombBomb. There are others, including Vidyard and Hippo. Here is how I use it:
- Special messages to existing, new, or targeted contacts. These include holiday greetings, birthday wishes, etc.
- Welcome message for new LinkedIn connections. I emphasize my willingness to provide support and briefly list free resources that we make available
- Distribution of my daily career advice video blog, GotAMinute. I like BombBomb because it uses a GIF animation that viewers can see when they open my email or LinkedIn messages. This improves my viewer conversion rate.
