Nobody is perfect, but in today’s world of talent acquisition – that is recruiting to you mere mortals – discouraged applicants, frustrated with repeated rejection, say it feels like being perfect is the only way you will get an offer – perfect with your sourcing, perfect with customizing your resume and dead-bang perfect in screening interviews.
