Job applicants tell me that there is a lot not to like about the recruitment process. True, it is highly competitive, enormously stressful and time-consuming. Executives tell me that the telephone screening interview is their least favorite part of the process.  Today, I want to share some thoughts on how you can do a better job in this format.

I spent the week at Hahnemann University Hospital beginning a search for a Chief Medical Officer and we were not able to record a video this week.   In think about the weekly video I felt this earlier video blog remains a timely and important bit of career management information.  This content is part of a course I teach on interviewing skills for executives.

I appreciate your feedback.
