It seems that Millennials, many beginning to enter the world of executive leadership, are getting a bum rap for some — ok many — of their generational characteristics. Some are pretty tough, others are just plain snarky.
Before we announce the end of modern civilization once this generation of self-absorbed misfits takes over, perhaps we should establish a little context.
