Wouldn’t It Be Nice….

Posted January 12th, 2009 | Author: John G. Self

DALLAS, Texas (Jan. 12, 2009) Wouldn’t it be nice to use a search firm that provides you with video summaries of their interviews with the recommended candidates?

Wouldn’t it be beneficial to your organization if your search firm was willing to share the risks of the recruitment – financially speaking – and guarantee that you will be satisfied with the quality of their work product and the candidates they recommend?

Wouldn’t it be reassuring to work with recruiters whose candidate screening process is among the most in-depth in the industry and, accordingly, were willing to guarantee their C-suite placements for 36 months? Wouldn’t a search firm that was willing to put a portion of their fee at risk, based on the success of their recommended candidate be a breath of fresh air in industry where many firms get paid whether they produce value or not?

Don’t you wish your search firm was so focused on your success that they constantly were looking for ways to improve service and to help you build a team that enhances your competitive position in the market?

John G. Self, Chairman and Founder of JohnMarch Partners, is the Firm’s senior client advisor. A 32-year veteran of the healthcare industry, he is a former investigative reporter and crime writer for a major daily newspaper. Candidates and clients say he is one of the most thorough executive recruiters working in the healthcare industry.
