A massive undertaking, broken down into small bites, is much less intimidating.
Here is a suggestion to help you get started with your insurmountable challenge. Begin each day journaling three things for which you are grateful. Then list three doable, chewable bites that will take you a step or two closer to your goal. When you wake up tomorrow, repeat the process.
Don’t stop. Stay focused. Before you know it, your dream will no longer be a wish but a reality.
