Second, virtually every management or executive leadership position can be broken down into four to six categories: human capital, operations, sales, expense management – you get the picture.
Third, in each category, make a list of three of your best accomplishments that are most relevant to the job in question.
Fourth, identify those questions you hope they do not ask and be ready
Finally, make a list of questions you would ask if you were conducting the interview.
I bet you this approach will reduce your angst and improve your performance.
