What does it take to achieve and sustain a work-life balance?

Work-life balance is not a cockamamie theory of quiet quitting, a three or four-day work week, a standard for the time you can spend with your friends, or even laws regulating when you can receive work emails.

You cannot find happiness at work if are unhappy in your personal life.

Simply, you need to be with someone who lights up your life and to do work that is fulfilling and brings you great joy
