In job interviews, there are questions you can almost be you will get from a prospective employer and there are questions you should not fail to ask! Check out this short video blog on interviewing skills.

Part One:  

The questions from the employer client will probably include these three standard-bearers:

  1. Tell us about yourself.
  2. Why do you want to work here?
  3. What is your management style, and what led you to believe that your style is the most appropriate?

These are all CORE questions.  They are from the behavior and values book of revealing questions for job applicants.  You should have an adequate response for each of these or related questions before you leave your house for the interview because developing an answer on the spot is just a terrible idea.  You cannot afford to flub any of these three.
