This is an insightful video from the Wall Street Journal.  It provides useful perspective regarding why the healthcare industry may not rebound as fast or as completely has some more optimistic industry leaders believe. I would include myself in that group.

Executives, managers and line employees who were laid off should begin to update their job interviewing skills NOW if they want to be competitive in a crowded field of people looking for work.  

If you were laid off but have not been in the job market in the last three to five years, you need to understand this: the rules of how best to find your next job have changed.
